1. Within minutes of arrival, we not only were checked into our room, but Katie set us up with tickets the next morning for Tommy's Tour (a 3 hour shuttle trip about 75 miles long to see the sights downtown including Ryman, Tootsie's, the bridge where big & Rich did their Ride a Cowboy video, a few celebrity homes in Brentwood, etc.

4. Quiet rooms, good A/C, beautiful bathrooms, very tasty full breakfast, and a big welcoming morning hug from the breakfast area attendant.
