1. Everyone in the hotel (front desk, maintanance, hospitality, housekeeping, etc) were excellent and made us feel like 'family' even on Easter day when I'm sure they would have rather been home with their own families.

6. The rooms are huge (we stayed in a 2 queen suite), open, and nicely decorated, the hotel amenities are great, and the service is friendly, all at an EXCELLENT price - breakfast, internet, small fitness room, pool, and a free shuttle are included.
