1. As I walked by other complexes along the greenbelt, I envied how quiet they were, and then when approaching VPK, I'd hear the constant hum from a distance.

4. Travertine floors, granite countertops, 10 foot ceilings, washer/dryer, family room that opens wide onto the patio, beautiful kitchen, TV, Internet, comfy beds, clean, quiet, etc.

In sum:PROS:* Upstairs units are quiet* Good bedding* Great kitchen (with exceptions, below)* Comfortable layout* Lots of free beach equipment* Good A/CCONS:* Parking lot view (no garden to be seen)* Telephone was disconnected* No ice (Ice maker in freezer not functioning)* Pool and hot tub padlocked at 7:30 PM with no explanation (hours posted as 8AM - 10PM* Dishwasher broken (would run constantly and not shut off, wasting loads of water and power)* 4 clothes hangers total in 3 bedroom unit* Lanais too small for dining outsideParking Lot View: the photo speaks for itself.

10. Our luck would have it they left on the third day and no one moved in so the rest of the time it was really quiet.
