2. First of all the customer service for the complex was great, we were upgraded for free when another group wanted to stay in our 3 bedroom an extra week.

In sum:PROS:* Upstairs units are quiet* Good bedding* Great kitchen (with exceptions, below)* Comfortable layout* Lots of free beach equipment* Good A/CCONS:* Parking lot view (no garden to be seen)* Telephone was disconnected* No ice (Ice maker in freezer not functioning)* Pool and hot tub padlocked at 7:30 PM with no explanation (hours posted as 8AM - 10PM* Dishwasher broken (would run constantly and not shut off, wasting loads of water and power)* 4 clothes hangers total in 3 bedroom unit* Lanais too small for dining outsideParking Lot View: the photo speaks for itself.

4. free use of beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, and he poolside BBQ, not to mention the spaciousness of the condo itself all contribute to this feeling.
