1. I guess if you are used to very warm water, it would feel chilly, but being from Seattle, we spent a lot of time in the pool (an outdoor pool is such a treat to a northwesterner) and found it completely comfortable.

4. We felt very comfortable in our three bedroom unit (reportedly 1,600sf), the only area within the unit that felt tight was around the very large dining room table which could easily sit 8, and could expand to fit 10-12 with the two leafs we found in the walk-in closet.

In sum:PROS:* Upstairs units are quiet* Good bedding* Great kitchen (with exceptions, below)* comfortable layout* Lots of free beach equipment* Good A/CCONS:* Parking lot view (no garden to be seen)* Telephone was disconnected* No ice (Ice maker in freezer not functioning)* Pool and hot tub padlocked at 7:30 PM with no explanation (hours posted as 8AM - 10PM* Dishwasher broken (would run constantly and not shut off, wasting loads of water and power)* 4 clothes hangers total in 3 bedroom unit* Lanais too small for dining outsideParking Lot View: the photo speaks for itself.
