1. I was visiting Seattle for a music festival and opted to give a friend of a friend, a current Seattle native and newly anointed contender for 'Worst Judgement Ever', the benefit of the doubt when choosing our hotel accommodations.

3. I have stayed in hotels throughout Europe, USA, Canada, new Zealand and Asia and have never had less value for money than that at the Kings Inn.

4. Old and not clean, double charge me - the guy was new didn't know what he's doing, the next day I had to talk to another person, this person said he was sorry and would void the charge.

5. Not only that but there wer ashtrays in 75% of the rooms we passed on our way to the new room (LOL).

6. Needless to say, my wife and I moved all the luggage ourselves as well as the tv (since the tv in the new room didn't work and the clerk told me to go ahead and switch them out).

8. new aluminum windows, wi-fi, coffee, fridge, microwave -- BUT it badly needs a new carpet- old one is fraying - and a professional paint job.
