1. At that point I was delighted to know that because the hot water wasn't working properly I had met the generous engineer who had taken us to the complimentary breakfast floor where the service was excellent, but I was beyond frustrated with the Crowne Plaza front desk and can only hope for a better experience (if ever).

2. Great location, big rooms, nice staff,The bathroom is very nice, the beds are a little small but in general it's a nice hotel, ask for a Hight floor facing the entrance I mean the side of the entrance of the hotel because the other side is a Hight way but still both sides are very quiet.
