3. I was on the 34th floor corner room, views where great, shower could have been better, iron did not work, and the maids knocked at my door at 8:15 amparking is not comped for Platinum Ambassadors.

At that point I was delighted to know that because the hot water wasn't working properly I had met the generous engineer who had taken us to the complimentary breakfast floor where the service was excellent, but I was beyond frustrated with the Crowne Plaza front desk and can only hope for a better experience (if ever).

8. $12 burgers don't come with a side? If this was Boston or NY I could understand, but when there are good eats just footsteps from your property, you would expect better pricing.

10. Cost is just $5 and the view is significantly better than the Needle and also enables you to see the Needle instead of the view from it.
