1. We are Priority Club Plantinum level members so our upgrades to 32 and 33rd floors (2 separate stays) gave us fantastic views of the city.

6. Aside from this though, Terry the Concierge was fantastic and was streets ahead of the front desk staff, and the location of the hotel is very convenient, as is the free breakfast on the 32nd floor for the rates that include it.
