3. Another nice touch was a local newspaper, most hotels have a USA today in the lobby on weekdays but this property even had the local Sunday paper which was kind of a treat.

5. Breakfast could have been nice if not for the near riot because they had no food out an hour before service was supposed to end, they were doing their best to get more out but when the person in front of me commented that there was NO food an employee rounded on her and commented that breakfast service started at 6 and if they wanted to eat maybe they shouldn't have waited.

6. The location was nice, 1/2 mile from the Space Needle, and 1 1/4 miles to Pikes market, walks that our family easily made ( including our six year old ).

7. It's not quite as touristy as downtown, so the restaurants and coffee shops up on Queen Anne Avenue offer a nice neighborhood-y alternative.
