3. The location is perfect, you can walk anywhere in downtown Seattle - 4 blocks to Pike Street Market, 5 blocks to the Seattle Art Museum, 2 blocks to Nordstroms, on the monorail.

5. I was here for a conference and spent most of my time on the three conference floors, so for business travelers here's my take on that: many rooms, some huge some small, which makes this a perfect place for such events.
