1. So the problem was handled efficiently as soon as we called, and they even gave us a food voucher for use in their restaurant as a consolation for our troubles.

5. The check in wasn't that friendly, they didn't acknolwedge my husband or even make general enquiries as to how our flight/journey was, all that said it was efficient and we were given a great room.
