1. Admittedly, this hotel was chosen because it is only 2 blocks away from my friend's apartment, but that said, there's a reason he decided to live in this neighborhood.

5. The price is very reasonable for downtown Seattle and the location is within walking distance of many, many tourist attractions such as the Space Needle and other venues that Seattle is known for.
