4. Silver Cloud Hotel has very nice staff as well as the shuttle driver who was very helpful in guiding us around the downtown area.

9. It is well located for the Broadway part of the city with lots of good restaurants in the vicinity(Quinns on Pike) including some nice cheap eating places for lunch nearby as well as a QFC over the road.
