3. We called for a shuttle, and it was there (and has very convenient drop-off and pick-up spots at main attractions in town), we ordered room service, and it was there within 20 minutes.

7. This is a really nice Hotel, that compares favorably to the Seattle Kimpton properties, it's away from the tourist attractions but they have a very good Hotel shuttle.
