8. The rooms were always nice and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the onsite restaurant is pretty good.

9. It is well located for the Broadway part of the city with lots of good restaurants in the vicinity(Quinns on Pike) including some nice cheap eating places for lunch nearby as well as a QFC over the road.
