1. Our water view room had a gorgeous view of the Olympic mountains, the ferries and sailboats, and Bainbridge Island.

The Pike Market is at your doorstep, the central district is a two block walk, the waterfront is at your doorstep, and a gorgeous deck provides a private outlook over the sound (feels like your own personal back yard-sadly, the clerk forgot to mention it to me when I checked in, but after a couple days, I asked 'where is the rooftop looking place you featured in your ad' and was directed to it) .

9. Although the staff was friendly and helpful, the outdoor view deck was gorgeous and my husband enjoyed his breakfast at Bacco we both felt that our room was cramped and we found it hard to sleep with all the street noise - we were on the side of the hotel facing Western (?) Avenue.

10. The room we stayed in faced the interior courtyard and we had a momentary regret that we didn't book a room facing the gorgeous view of the water and mountains, but then remembered that we weren't planning to spend much time in the room anyhow - this is Seattle after all.
