1. Thought the rooms and amenities were terrific and the adjoining restaurant was exceptional.

8. The hotel has exceptional service-with the exception of the older lady concierge--I asked her two different questions and neither time did she even look up or acknowledge my existence other than to wave me off to the front desk, muttering 'ask them' pointing in the direction of the front desk.

10. With the exception of the mildew spot I found in the corner of the shower (housekeeping happily came and cleaned upon my request) the room appeared to be clean.
