1. Perhaps they should put up a big giant sign before the door to the hot tub area instead of the corner so everyone could see that proper attires are required to enter the area.

9. It is in the center of downtown and is big enough that it's easy to come and go anonymously, which I consider refreshing.

10. Two little issues, not big enough to make them lose their 5 dot rating though :) -- the iron was leaking (room 2416) and the business center charges $7.
