5. Overall the stay was excellent, we get much more than we expected (and did I mention they provide toothpaste in the bathroom? usually hotels don't provide toothpaste, although soap and shampoo are always provided).

9. It was a simple gesture, but I have contacted other hotel to find information on something they served during our previous stay, and was ignored even though they're known for their excellent customer service.

10. Obviously renovated in the not too distant past, so rooms are in excellent shape with all the amenities you would expect for this price range, such as large bathroom with separate marble shower, excellent bed and recently updated furnishings.
