1. We were told by staff 'your on your own' at the grand Hyatt hotel but that we would also be 'taken care of'.

3. Who is the guest?? Anyway, the person checking us in said that' management was aware of some of the complaints about the parking situation, but she slipped and said 'they don't care.

5. the conciere desk was very helpful in taking care of arrangements as far as booking activities, dinner reservations, tips on local places to go and what to do.

6. Over all I was Greatly pleased, it is a beautiful resort, the setting is lovely, grounds were completely clean, pools were very neat, (we didn't swim as it was high Trades and pretty chilly) The beach isn't a swimming beach but we didn't really care about that.

7. But frankly, I don't care how nice a hotel is or how nice the amenities are - if they have bed bugs, and have a risk of me transporting bed bugs back to my home and forcing me to then exterminate or throw away a lot of bedding and furniture, then that's not a hotel I'm going to stay at.

8. We used the laundry facility and one machine was messed up but we notified the front desk staff and they promptly took care of it.
