1. ) the service was good but I didn't like that the pool closes early, and they are not flexible with the pool bar or any other options, pretty much YOU accommodate to them and throught the whole island.

9. The parking fee seems too high because you have to pay to self park in a unpaved lot that is far enough away to accommodate fitting another building of this hotel, it's not covered or secured at all.

10. Every hotel I have ever stayed at has ALWAYS accommodated without hesitation, but Kauai Beach Resort wanted to charge us $10 per every hour that we wanted to extend from their normal 12pm check-out time.
