1. The staff is persistently welcoming and nice, pleasant, thoughtful and willing to accommodate whatever need may arise; all the staff at this hotel seem to genuinely enjoy working at this Holiday Inn hotel.

2. An Italian man walked to the restaurant and was welcoming every one and saying good morning , I said to myself he have to be the restaurant manager he checked the buffet and brought more food and looked around then left .

10. We mostly wanted a hotel that included a great price, impressive restaurant and bar and great breakfast, workout area, refrigerator and in each room and large rooms the most important, we wanted a hotel that our family would feel welcome and have an exceptional stay over the several days.
