1. There was this constant airflow noise (not a rattling noise - the maintenance guy confirmed to us the unit was working fine) and it just couldn't be stopped: the control box had an 'OFF' position but to no avail.

4. positives:- NO extra charges- Staff were friendly- Rooms were spacious- Typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast- Easy parking- Good highway access- My room had a kitchenette: - Big fridge - Range - Dishes - Many drawersNegatives:- Internet - Connection a little slow - Troublesome to connect due to their specific security implementation - Wasn't able to connect my BlackBerry- Exercise room was an 'exercise room' by name only (barely anything there)Temporary problem:- The bridge (next door) is having VERY noisy construction at night.
