1. The staff is persistently welcoming and nice, pleasant, thoughtful and willing to accommodate whatever need may arise; all the staff at this hotel seem to genuinely enjoy working at this Holiday Inn hotel.

3. The location of the hotel is great, Food and Beverage you can get anything, we did not and could not believe this was a holiday inn , we are going to be loyal to the holiday inn for there because of this Hotel and the management & sales team, we met with Tom & Blair they were very accommodating.

4. The shuttle service will get you to the restaurants or any other area you need, front office staff were just a pleasure as they went out of their way to accommodate us the outmeal raision cookie they give me it was so nice.

8. I must say that the drivers, themselves, couldn't have been more pleasant or accommodating - to the extent that when I was working in my room later than usual, one morning, so hadn't been on a shuttle, the driver had the front desk call to see if I was alright.

9. The balance of the time, it was driven by their maintenance personnel who were very nice and accommodating but were being taken away from caring for other things that needed repair (such as air-conditioning units, etc).
