1. I still haven't looked it up but will after the review because I would guess it was built in the late 70's early 80's and our unit had only new counters and maybe paint in 30 years.

4. The lady at the front desk was very helpful - we were originally assigned a 3rd floor unit, but when I told her that we'd prefer the first floor due to my husband's recent back strain, she found us a new unit.

9. The unit itself was clean and (fairly) updated - how important is it really that the cabinets are brand new anyway - its not as if I'm buying the place.

10. The unit was recently updated, with extensive remodeling including all new tile throughout new counters and a completely redone bathroom.
