1. The staff did take care of it as the nights after that were quiet.

There is no air conditioning which is fine as the rooms are ocean breeze cooled, but at night you are subject to the moaning of the islands stray cats and we had a baby near us that screamed at the top of its lungs at midnight and 6 am and the parents didn't seem to care as it went on for 60 to 90 minutes until we finally complained.

4. Clean and very quiet, with lush well-cared-for grounds and a location on a good beach.

5. Laundry room lady was real nice :) The facility is conducive to walking, yet very dimly lit outside at night, so be careful, especially in the parking lots.

9. The condo seemed very clean and we had daily maid service that was very nice but we had one problem that was not taken care of and that was a stinky, musty smell in the bathroom.

10. We also found the on site laundry room to be very convenient for taking care of our week's worth of laundry (they are coin operated but there is a change machine in the laundry room and the front desk was very accomodating in breaking larger bills for us).
