1. No reason to eat at the buffet which is typical Harrahs, especially when in a city like new Orleans with all the wonderful restaurants.

6. Okay, we are gamblers so the location to the casino is a definite plus but the reason we enjoy the hotel is because the staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are very well appointed, decorated nicely and very quiet (important to us after gambling and Bourbon St.

8. On their end, they have Iphones and guest service managers on the floor taking orders but it is not working for some reason, they need to change that system and just assign servers on certain areas of the casino.
