2. We had to call down everyday and even the attendants cleaning the rooms didn't have any on the carts? What's that about for a 4 star hotel?The other thing is the lobby people were really nice and very cheerful but, other than Ennis, were blowing hot air.

3. The conceriege, Ennis, was very nice and he moved us later that night to the 20th floor and that room was acceptable and we could even see a piece of the river along with the roofs.

10. My daughter and I stayed there in March and had a wonderful time,The room wasnt ready when we arrived but that was OK cuz we went and ate and by the time we got back it was ready,Had a really pretty view of the water and the room was very nice,and clean.
