1. We had to call down everyday and even the attendants cleaning the rooms didn't have any on the carts? What's that about for a 4 star hotel?The other thing is the lobby people were really nice and very cheerful but, other than Ennis, were blowing hot air.

8. My daughter and I stayed there in March and had a wonderful time,The room wasnt ready when we arrived but that was OK cuz we went and ate and by the time we got back it was ready,Had a really pretty view of the water and the room was very nice,and clean.
