3. Our room, #349, was dark/depressing (windows in the room are about 6 inches high), dingy and in dire need of renovation (furniture looks like its going to fall apart, stains everywhere throughout carpet, no free outlets in bedroom to charge phone, rust on metal hinges, grout is black, etc).
