3. You would think the hotel knowing the bus drops off guest is too big would have the times of arrival and ensure the concierge comes over to help with a trolley, so it was not a good start to our holiday.

4. We were transferred from the airport to the hotel in a large bus that was too big to pull up at reception so we were dropped off on the side road and had to get all our bags to the concierge desk ourselves.
