1. Solar heating & cooling, sustainable building materials literally constructed from surrounding earth, window/overhang positioning , rainwater harvesting, LED lighting - this room had it all.

2. My parents and I also did the Swing and a Prayer and the Face to Face Challenge, both of which were really cool and the instructors were super nice.

3. The outdoor Sweet Slumber was very relaxing, I would recommend doing it at 7:30, it was really cool that it was dark out (you are in a air conditioned tent), but also great that I could just go to bed and felt amazing.

6. (i understand she also leads the photography progams & is quite distinguished in that field as well - she's an all-around cool lady to know)The only bone I can possibly throw to one of the negative reviewers: on one of my six visits to the spa, there WERE people blabbing in the spa quiet room.
