4. We were in February, which is apparently Disney College Program training time (saw it in the hotel and throughout the parks), but the checkin was efficient, with an offer to text me when the room was available while we went to Epcot.

6. Speaking of which, I would not say that the bus transportation for the Poly is as efficient as some of the other properties - coming back from Downtown Disney for example was a long trip - but again.
