1. The service staff was decent, and the check-in experience was quick and efficient.

2. If I was paying $200 I would say the room was a decent value with its 2 queens and convertible sofa, at $500+ it seems insane but again you are ON PROPERTY and that's why it's that price.

8. The rooms are quite dark and there are no central controls of the lights, so to get a decent level of lighting you have to go around turning on 8+ lights around the room, and then off again.
