9. The service is polished and professional, but a little snotty at the front desk and disorganized in general - on checkout the bellboy took the bags down and made some comment that the valets would load them.

10. The hotel seems to hire on looks, and everyone from the staff at the restaurant to the valets (some female) are generally easy on the eyes - might account for some of the snotiness.
