4. anyhow he basically threw me our keys and i said well can we please have our face towels then please as it states on the website you get at check in and hes like 2 towel cards please mam,at this point i nearly lost it and im like well why are all the other people who are checking in getting face towels without having to hand in a towel card, and hes like oh here you go.

5. Had been saving alot to stay at this resort,at check in an awful man named Ron checked me and my partner in and was so cold&awful, so to lighten the mood and try make him smile im like oh my sisters getting married im so excited he looked at me blankly and said ok thats $25 for resort fees a day and im like ohh ok yes im really excited for me sister to be getting married,,at this point my eyes are welling up.

6. I actually like the fact that the hotel was far away from other resorts, so that the beach in front of it was not that crowded.

9. Another upside to this hotel is that it does not nickel and dime you like many of the other resorts in Wailea.

10. I don't go on a snorkel trip in the morning to drink, and don't want my teens to have to subsidize drinkers since this boat does not discount for their age like the Trilogy does.
