4. When my son got sunscreen in his eyes at the pool, the Pool Bar waiter took it upon himself to get him a cool water cloth and even found eyedrops for him while the Pool attendant gave him the ultimate medicine: an ice pop.

6. In our room at the Maui Prince, our louvered front door had no screens, so we weren't able to take advantage of this rare and really cool feature.
