1. A maintenance worker was in my room making minor changes to a TV setting when I arrived --- he left after a pleasant discussion and returned with a soft drink and snack for me.

8. William and Kristen assisted me with dinner arrangements, breakfast arrangements, how to get to my conference (including how best to move around downtown and parking tips) absolutely every piece of advice they gave me was SPOT ON and truly made my entire stay more pleasant.
