9. SPAThe massage was not relaxing at all - I will not mention any names but the therapist was not friendly and did not go through the form that MUST be filled in at every spa (this is the form which states your medical conditions and allergies) and is vital for your own protection.

10. TIP: If you choose the have breakfast here - probably eat in the CAFESTAFF: The staff are friendly but if you mention any problems they say 'it rarely happens or this is the first time'.
