4. They exceed expectations from making special accommodations to a wonderful dining experience, when in Atlanta, should you choose to stay at another property, you will be making a terrible mistake as you will miss out on the best service a hotel can offer.

6. Here is why: it is starting to show a little wear (although I did notice they have replaced the bedding since our last stay), the staff is not as warm and accommodating as when they first opened and the restaurant adjacent to the hotel, Craft, is no longer in business.
