4. At turndown each night, we received two bottles of water, except for one night when turndown was only on my husband's side of the bed (just one bottle of water) - I guess they thought only one person was staying in the room - who had both a man and woman's clothing.

7. Only negatives, and I almost hesitate to mention except you guys ALWAYS want a true critical review, is that coffee took 20 minutes the first morning to be poured after ordering.

10. The staff is very friendly & helpful - The only exception would perhaps be for the restaurant of the hotel where staff seemed almost bored since the hotel seemed quite empty for some reason, hence the slow service & lack of attention.
