6. I should have realized that things were not great when I was waiting to check in and one of the guests checking out had a complaint about a broken bathroom and the manager's response was - 'well you had a 3 bedroom so I am sure the other bathrooms worked'.

7. ( we were on the 4th floor) I called from my cell to see if anyone could come over to help, the lady's response was sorry the maintenance people are gone for the day you have to take the stairs.
