3. when I received the e-mail confirmation, the amout per night and the dates of arrival/departure were wrong, so I called to ask why and to correct it but she told me that the system was not working properly and that she could not do anything about it, I told her as long as they would charge me the correct amount it was ok (which they did), during this call I asked her for directions and she had no idea and didn't transfer me to anyone who knew.
