1. I saw fans, so I assume possible water damage was the reason (not sure so don't quote me).

3. It is set up for self service so once you run out of anything if you want it, you have to buy it; either at the check-in center which was fairly reasonable or the local Wal-Mart which was less than 2 miles away.
