2. positives: nice big room, comfy bed, pleasant view over the water, fairly peacefulNegatives: its in downtown so all around are offices and concrete; you need a cab or use your car to go for dinner or to south beach, the staff were fine but not perhaps as committed/friendly as in other US hotels, the hotel bar was non existent (a corridor in the restaurant) and the hotel seems to have a policy of charging for literally everything.
