Good points- Pool and gym areas have wonderful view- Significant attention to minor but important details (Bose speakers, cable TV guide)Bad points - Shower is aesthetically pleasing but functionally deficient, leading to flooded bathroom floor- Guest service is mixed; some employees extremely friendly and helpful, others borderline incompetent, condescending, and rude- Tries too hard to be hip (imho).
