9. I understand how the business of running a hotel or any other business--the more money you spend the more respect you you receive, I have stayed at other 4/5 star hotels and the service was exceptional no matter who you are.

10. The same thing unfortunately happened the next afternoon when coming back from sightseeing except this time the pool terrace was roped off and I was asked for my Priviledge Card - having checked out that morning with my bags being held for me - I had handed the card back in so couldn't go out onto the terrace .
