Good points- Pool and gym areas have wonderful view- Significant attention to minor but important details (Bose speakers, cable TV guide)Bad points - Shower is aesthetically pleasing but functionally deficient, leading to flooded bathroom floor- Guest service is mixed; some employees extremely friendly and helpful, others borderline incompetent, condescending, and rude- Tries too hard to be hip (imho).

4. If you enjoy traditional hotels or seek a quiet pool scene, you may not be pleased with the Mondrian simply because it exudes a more youthful and party-ish vibe.

6. please note that free beach chair rental at the Delano is not offered anymore; if you prefer spending the majority of your time on the beach you will have to pay for chairs each day.
