1. There are quite a few children, but all quiet and well behaved.

2. There's a library room, a room you could use as a meeting and dining room, a sitting area in the lobby, and did I mention the fabulous pool area? The rooms are not fancy, but the air conditioning works, the windows open if you like a bit of fresh air, it's very quiet, and the rooms are clean.
